Refund Policy

If DPK Listings isn't working for your reselling workflow, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase or most recent renewal.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request one:

  1. Visit paddle.net and look up your order with the email you used at checkout.
  2. Open the order and request a refund, or contact our support team and we'll get it processed for you.

Processing time

Approved refunds typically land back on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Canceling

You can cancel your subscription anytime from the Account page — you'll keep access until the end of your current paid period.
