1. Who you're contracting with

This service ("DPK Listings", "we", "us") is operated by Tumerok Technologies LLC. By using the service you ("user") agree to these Terms.

2. The service

DPK Listings generates AI-assisted resale listing drafts (titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, keywords) from photos you upload. Outputs are drafts — you are responsible for reviewing accuracy before posting on any marketplace.

3. Account & acceptable use

You must keep your login credentials confidential and provide accurate information. You agree not to: (a) use the service unlawfully; (b) upload content you don't have the rights to; (c) attempt to probe, scrape, or interfere with the service; (d) upload malware; (e) attempt to circumvent usage limits or payment.

4. AI outputs

AI-generated content may be inaccurate or incomplete. You are responsible for your prompts, for verifying outputs, and for ensuring you have rights to any input content. Outputs are not professional, legal, financial, or appraisal advice. We may remove or filter outputs and suspend accounts that abuse the service.

5. Intellectual property

We retain ownership of the service, software, and branding. You retain ownership of content you upload, and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the service.

6. Subscriptions, billing & refunds

Plans are billed monthly. Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms: https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms. See our Refund Policy.

7. Service availability

We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. We disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Suspension & termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your access ends and stored data may be deleted after a reasonable export window.

9. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the prior 6 months. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages (lost profits, lost data, goodwill). Nothing limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where prohibited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Tumerok Technologies LLC's jurisdiction.
